A limited number of apple-based Western confectionery "Tarte Tatin" will be sold at each of the "Ginza Senbiya" and "Patisserie Ginza Senbiya" stores, which handle high-quality fruits and sweets. It will be available from November 27th.

The selling price is 594 yen (tax included). It is a traditional confectionery written in French as tarte Tatin, and is said to have been made by the Tatan sisters who lived in the Sologne region. Ginza Senbiya's is made with a moist pie crust and plenty of caramelized apples.


The sweet and sour taste of the fruit and the bittersweetness of the caramel combine to create a deep flavor. In addition, sales may end as soon as the fixed number is reached. The handling stores are as follows.
