PRONTO's new business model "IKE Biz Cafe

PRONTO's new business model "IKEBIZ Cafe" will open on December 1 on the first floor of "IKE・Biz Toshima Industrial Promotion Plaza" in Toshima-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 8:00 to 20:00. It is closed on the last Monday of every month (or the previous Monday if the Monday is a national holiday).

IKE Biz Cafe is a store where you can enjoy special pancakes and a tea-centered drink bar. All 36 seats are equipped with power outlets and free Wi-Fi, making it ideal for remote work (telework).

IKB17 Pancakes with Pure Maple Syrup

Our signature item, IKB17 Pancakes with Pure Maple Syrup, are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. They are slowly baked with a batter made from a mixture of rich mascarpone cream, eggs, cream, and acacia honey. Served with pure maple syrup from Quebec, Canada, the world's largest maple syrup producer, and butter, this is a simple yet luxurious dish. Priced at 650 yen for one piece and 1,000 yen for two pieces (excluding tax, the same below).

Mochirichii Bread Using Hokkaido Wheat - Amao Strawberry Jam

Mottochiri Bread Made with Hokkaido Wheat - Amao Strawberry Jam - is a bread made with ingredients such as Hokkaido wheat and salt from Ako. It is characterized by its moist and glutinous texture. The jam is made from rare "Amaou" strawberries. The price is 380 yen.

Pancake Burger

The Pancake Burger, also available for To go, is a hearty sweet burger. Two flavors are available: strawberry and caramelized apple.


Other items include "Croque Madame Toast" (680 yen), "Everybody Loves! Pizza Toast" (500 yen), "An Butter Toast" (480 yen), and "Thick-Cut Menchikatsu Sandwich" (650 yen) are also available. There is also a drink bar (380 yen) where customers can enjoy a wide variety of teas, making it easy to use the restaurant from morning to night, depending on the occasion.

The PRONTO Corporation chain will continue to implement measures to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, such as wearing masks, washing hands, disinfecting alcohol in the restaurant, and installing alcohol disinfectant solutions, in accordance with the guidelines of each region.
