An idea recipe devised by Riho Yoshioka, who has appeared in the TV commercial of "Nissin Donbei" since 2017, has been commercialized. In this fifth installment, two "modern" flavors that young people love will be introduced, with the concept of "one delicious twice."
"Nissin's Donbei Champon Udon with Taste-changing Oil" is a cup udon that is a combination of chewy udon noodles and champon soup with the umami of pork and seafood. The ingredients are cabbage, kamaboko, corn, and carrots. If you add the attached "burnt garlic oil" in the middle, it will change to a fragrant and habitual taste.

On the other hand, "Nissin Donbei Chicken Nanban Soba with Taste-changing Oil" is a cup soba that is a combination of straight and comfortable soba with sweet and spicy soup stock. The ingredients are chicken dumplings and green onions. If you add the attached "Sansho flavor oil" in the middle, it will change to a more flavorful and stimulating taste.
