At Lawson and Natural Lawson stores nationwide, the new flavor of the "Drinking Series", "Tiramisu 200g (7.05oz)," which is popular for soft serve ice cream, will be released on November 17th. The price is 238 yen (tax included).

"Futari Drinking Tiramisu 200g (7.05oz)" is the fifth new flavor in the "Drinking Series" that started with "Machimura Farm Drinking Soft Ice Cream" released in October 2019. By shaking the cheese cream layer and coffee syrup layer 4 to 5 times before drinking, you can enjoy the taste as if you were drinking tiramisu. * Not completely separate, some parts are mixed

This is Lawson's first two-layer chilled dessert drink. A two-layer type is realized by adjusting the specific gravity and temperature of "cheese cream" and "coffee syrup" and separating them. It is not jelly-like but has a semi-solid, thick texture.


The upper cheese cream layer using mascarpone cheese etc. has plenty of cheese feeling. By increasing the ratio of the cheese cream layer to 8: 2, it is closer to the taste of a specialty store. The coffee syrup layer below is a bittersweet accent. Marsala wine (alcohol content less than 1%), which is also used in authentic tiramisu, is added to cocoa powder and coffee extract to reproduce the characteristic aftertaste.
