I found a "fashionable pistachio pudding ice bar" at the 7-ELEVEN ice corner. The " fashionable pistachio cake " that I reviewed in February of this year (2020) was delicious, so I bought it with expectations this time as well. The price is 181 yen (tax included).

The package of "Pistachio Pudding Ice Bar with a stylish feeling" is designed with a picture of a queen, like a pistachio called "Queen of Nuts". A similar illustration was drawn on the cake, but the costume is more gorgeous. I also had a flower in my hand, and it was kind of missing.



The pale green ice bar is very smooth and has a mouthfeel reminiscent of the trendy "Italian pudding". The dense pudding is soft and sticky as if it were cooled, and it melts delicately with the heat of the tongue. I'd like to take the time to taste it, but in a warm room, it melts more and more, so it's speedy.


Cheese, cream, skim milk powder, pistachio paste, etc. are used as raw materials. You can feel the aroma of nuts in the deep richness. A mellow taste with a good balance of milk and pistachios.


As you continue to eat, a bright red mixed berry sauce appears. 5% of mixed berry juice and pulp are used to add an accent with a refreshing sweetness. Not to mention the compatibility of pistachios and berries! The sauce is quite below, so it's a little disappointing that only the last one can enjoy the combination of ice cream and sauce. However, you can enjoy the last bite without getting tired because the taste is changed on the way.


The overall impression is certainly "fashionable". It is a quality that can be used as a dessert in restaurants and cafes. If you like pistachios, definitely!
