Chateraise "Premium Double Shoe"

At each Chateraise store, a higher-grade cream puff "Premium Double Shoe" using carefully selected ingredients will be released on November 18th. The price is 150 yen (excluding tax). Sold in the cake showcase.

"Premium Double Shoe" is a premium cream puff filled with carefully selected thick egg custard (with whipped cream) and milk-flavored whipped cream in a fragrant choux pastry that has been carefully baked in two stages. Hokkaido fermented butter is used for the choux pastry, carefully selected fresh eggs and Hokkaido fermented butter and Madagascar vanilla beans are used for the custard cream, and Hokkaido pure fresh cream is used for the whipped cream.

The choux pastry with a strong presence has a rich aroma of fermented butter and a deep taste. Two-stage firing using two types of ovens with different characteristics swells fluffy and removes moisture.

Custard cream has a rich taste of fermented butter from Hokkaido with the richness of fresh eggs. By using vanilla beans from Madagascar, it is finished so that you can enjoy a mellow scent.
