"Gokujou Chicken" is a fried chicken that is finished so that you can enjoy the original taste of chicken by intentionally lightening the seasoning of the chicken part. "Smoked chicken leg" is a smoked chicken with a rich and fragrant taste that uses "pears" and "apples" as smoke chips.
