Kit Kat Mini Lagunoo Sasaki Patissier's Apple Stick Flavor", a local souvenir from Aomori Prefecture

On November 16, Nestle Japan will release "Kit Kat Mini Lagunoo Sasaki Patissier's Apple Stick Flavor," a local souvenir from Aomori Prefecture. The 9-packs are priced at 800 yen (excluding tax).

Starting with the Yubari Melon flavor released in 2002, Nestlé has developed various flavors of "Gotochi Kit Kat" in collaboration with companies in various regions of Japan and local specialties such as green tea and Japanese sake. These products have been favored as standard souvenirs chosen not only by Japanese but also by foreign tourists visiting Japan.

Kit Kat Mini Lagunoo Saki Patissier's Apple Stick Flavor" was released with the hope that it will not only serve as a new local souvenir for tourists visiting Aomori Prefecture, but also as an opportunity for Aomori residents to rediscover the beauty of Aomori Prefecture and to take it home with them when they travel outside the prefecture. The product is a collaboration with "Patissier's Apple Stick," a famous confectionary of "Lagunoo Sasaki," founded in Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture.


The "Patissier's Apple Stick" is a stick-type apple pie in which customers can enjoy Aomori apples preserved in syrup with a fleshy texture. Kit Kat" reproduces the taste of "Patissier's Apple Stick" by kneading Aomori apple powder into the sand cream between the wafers and wrapping it in apple pie-flavored white chocolate.
