How to make
Take pumpkin seeds and cotton and cut into bite-sized pieces.Put it in a heat-resistant container, wrap it softly, and heat it in a microwave oven at 500W for 4 to 5 minutes to soften it. If it is hard, heat it additionally.
While the pumpkin is warm, sprinkle it with sugar and salt and pepper, and crush it with the back of a fork. You can crush it as you like.
