At Toraya, special order items are sold over the counter on the 15th of every month. On November 15th, a cute red and white bun "Rabbit Manju" will appear in the shape of a rabbit. Usually, it is made if you make a reservation 5 days in advance.

It is characterized by the shape of a rabbit, which is said to be auspicious because it is prolific, and it is tailored so that you can enjoy the rich flavor of "Joyo Manju" with yam on the skin. In addition, white is with red bean paste and red is with Ogura bean paste, so you can enjoy different flavors.
