Harukiya is a long-established Chinese noodle shop founded in 1945 with a store in Ogikubo, Tokyo. The "Tokyo Ogikubo / Harukiya Supervised Char Siu Noodles" is the first char siu noodles supervised by the owner of Harukiya, who has been loved for many years.

The soup stock, which uses abundantly various ingredients such as fish and meat, is combined with a special "kaeshi" to reproduce the fragrant secret soup that is full of umami. As for the noodles, a special "aged medium-thick noodle" that is well entwined with soup has been newly developed. You can enjoy the strength and smooth texture by laying it in a dedicated aging room.
