The "Flat Chicken Fair" and "Cheese Fair" will be held at IKEA from November 5th for a limited time. This is the first time that a fair has been held by collecting menus using flat-breed chicken.
IKEA wants to source materials from better sources and has set strict growth standards to protect the physical and mental health of animals. The chickens used in the "Flat-breeding Chicken Fair" are grown in an environment that minimizes stress in an appropriate size.
Flat-breed chicken fair

Chicken and chips that are deep-fried flat-reared bone-in meat. The price is 999 yen (tax included, same below).
・ Flat-reared rotisserie chicken and game sausage plate
A hearty dish with two game sausages attached to half the size of flat-breed rotisserie chicken. The price is 1,588 yen.
・ Teriyaki chicken tsundere broad
Roll the flat-bred salad chicken with teriyaki sauce and vegetables. Limited to IKEA Harajuku. The price is 450 yen.
・ Deep-fried flat-bred chicken
Popular products have been renewed. It has a crispy texture and is juicy with a little ginger flavor. The price is 250 yen.
Cheese fair

Cream cheese is topped on the popular wrap sandwich with salmon wrapped in flatbread. The price is 340 yen.

A very popular product with two types of cheese sprinkled on french fries. The price is 199 yen for S size, 299 yen for M size, and 449 yen for L size.
・ Tiramisu-style Sunday
A perfect balance between the crispy texture of crumble, the bitterness of coffee, the acidity of cheese, and the sweetness of soft serve ice cream. The price is 250 yen.
・ Cheese waffle chicken
Sweet and sour waffle chicken topped with cheese. The price is 350 yen.
