"Confession is from mom" and new bean paste bread "that first love"

Bakery producer Takuya Kishimoto's high-end bread specialty store "Confession is from Mama" will release a new bread "Ano Kono Hatsukoi" that looks like Japanese sweets containing Wasanbon on November 6th. Only 1.5 loaf size, the price is 980 yen (excluding tax).

"Ano Kono Hatsukoi" is a bread dough with a moist and soft texture, domestic butter and fermented butter, and a mellow scent with domestic cherry honey, which is characterized by its gentle sweetness. Bread that looks like Japanese sweets. The mellow and flavorful Wasanbon is an accent.

Wasanbon is a type of sugar traditionally produced mainly in eastern Shikoku such as Kagawa and Tokushima prefectures. It is a high-grade sugar that has a unique flavor like mellow brown sugar, has a pale yellow color, and is characterized by fine particles and good melting in the mouth.

In addition to the new release, the first 100 people who purchase on November 6, 7 and 8 will receive an original rusk as a gift.
