"Hotto Motto Grill" oyster fry is a thin batter that allows you to enjoy the rich flavor of oysters and the crispy texture. As soon as you chew, the umami of juicy oysters spreads in your mouth. The attached sauce has a mild acidity and is finished to further enhance the umami of the oysters. You can enjoy it with a lot of tartar sauce. Seven types of plates will be prepared, including the "Kaki Fry Plate" containing five fried oysters.
