Genkitama soba

Genkitama Soba is a reprint of the menu that was sold in the past with 3 types of ingredients. In addition, there are also "Mini Genkitama Donburi Set" and "Full Stomach Genkitama Donburi Set" with 3 kinds of ingredients placed on rice and soba. You can choose hot or cold soba near the set.

Noribento

Nori-bento is a standard menu for take-out lunch boxes, but this time it is called the authentic school made by soba restaurants and is prepared as a bowl. We are particular about the material, and we use seaweed from Harima Nada in Setouchi, ultra-thin shavings from Katsuobushi from Makurazaki, soy sauce from Honzen of swordfish, chikuwa heaven with surimi of swordfish, and white fried walleye pollock. ..

You can order it separately as a "Noribento", or you can choose a "Mini Noribento set" with hot or cold soba noodles. You can also order the bowl ingredients individually.
