From Kuzefuku Shoten, "A trip to rice all over Japan" using soybean meat

A new series of "Rice Friend", "Rice Friend Trip" is on sale at Kuzefuku Shoten stores and official online shops nationwide. A side dish that goes well with rice, using soybean meat instead of meat under the theme of "local meat dishes".

There are two flavors. Miyazaki Prefecture's local gourmet "Chicken charcoal grilled style" and Nagoya's specialty "Miso katsu style", both of which do not use chemical seasonings or coloring agents.

When you think of Nagoya, many people think of miso-katsu. Nagoya's specialty miso katsu with miso-based sauce on pork cutlet. This time, we used Akadashi miso from a long-established miso brewery in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture, to give it a sweet taste. What a cabbage. The price is 540 yen.
