135th anniversary cakes and Christmas cakes have appeared at "Shinjuku Takano", which handles high-class fruits and sweets. "Noble Gateau", which is a combination of melon and colorful fruits, will be on sale.

Takano was born in Shinjuku, Tokyo in 1885, the same as the opening of Shinjuku Station, as a "fruit specialty store". Focusing on the production areas and producers at an early stage, he established his own factory ahead of others, and is known for developing original sweets that make the most of the charm of fruits and developing fruit parlors.

135th anniversary cake

"Noble Gateau" is sold at each branch. Fruit melons related to Shinjuku Takano are used. Fruits made with great care from one tree and one fruit are used. It is sold only for 10 days every month because the founding month is "October".

"Conself Rui ~ Grape ~" will be sold at the main store. Made with strawberry compote, sponge, cream and grape mousse. From November 1st to 10th, Conselfry-Gold La France-will appear.


"Entremets melon" No. 4 will also appear at the main store. The melon mousse is sandwiched between sponges, and the melon is decorated with a green color reminiscent of Shinjuku Takano and the melon color.

Christmas cake

"Manage" No. 4 is handled at each branch. A sponge with large strawberries and a moist and finely baked sponge and a gentle flavored strawberry mousse go well together. The filling with strawberry pulp is accented and the taste is tightened.


"Sapando Noel" is limited to the main store. A white chocolate cake that looks like snow on a Christmas tree.


"Rouge Noel" is a berry-style bright red Christmas cake with chocolate-flavored mousse and sponge wrapped in sweet and sour berry sauce.
