"Kubota Yuzu Liqueur" Yuzu is the only area in Kochi Prefecture that mainly ships "Tama Yuzu" as it is, and "Tama Yuzu" from the Monobe area and Reihoku area, which boasts the largest shipment volume in Japan. "Hon Yuzu" is used. The original aroma of yuzu is strong, and the juice is characterized by a strong acidity. The fruit juice is made by gently squeezing the whole yuzu peel and suppressing the squeezing rate so that you can feel the sweetness with less acidity and bitterness.
