Ranking "Ranking of local noodle dishes that you want to eat at least once"

The "goo ranking", which ranks all the "things and things" in the world, is one of the local noodle dishes that is full of charm unique to the region, and many people think "I want to eat it!" We investigated and ranked which ones are there. (Survey period: July 13, 2020-July 27, 2020)

3rd place: Kawara soba / Sapporo ramen
"Kawara soba" ranked in 3rd place is a local dish of Yamaguchi prefecture where tea soba, beef, broth egg, etc. are placed on a heated tile and eaten with warm noodle soup. Due to the far-infrared effect of the roof tiles, it can be eaten hot over time, and it is said that it is popular in ordinary households in Yamaguchi Prefecture.

Hokkaido's local ramen "Sapporo Ramen", which ranked third in the vote, is famous for its miso flavor, but there are many shops that have a lineup of soy sauce and salt flavors. The unique idea of covering the surface of the soup with lard to prevent it from cooling is unique.

2nd place: Italian
Following second place was "Italian", which is said to be the soul food of Niigata citizens. Generally speaking, Italian refers to so-called Italian food such as pizza and risotto, but this is a noodle dish with meat sauce on top of yakisoba. It is said that in 1960, when the original shop "Mikazuki" was still a sweet coffee shop called "Mikazuki", it was sold as a fashionable style original yakisoba.

Not only Mikazuki but also Nagaoka's "Friends" are famous as Italian restaurants, but in 2019, both stores' versions of "Italian flavor" were released from the packed lunch, which is new to my memory. There are many opportunities to be featured on TV and magazines, which shows the high degree of attention.

1st place: Wanko soba
The first place was the Iwate prefecture's famous "Wanko soba", which has an impressive shout of "Hi, Janjan!" And "Hi, steadily!" Wanko soba is said to have its roots in the "soba behavior" that is handed down in the southern region, and is a traditional dish born from the spirit of hospitality, where you can enjoy a lot of freshly boiled soba.

The appearance of the bowls being piled up with each meal has a great impact. It is well known nationwide for the "All Japan Wanko Soba Championship" with a history of more than 30 years and the big eating project of TV programs, and this result is also convincing.
