"Rikuno Hoju Shien" will be on sale at the Japanese sweets shop "Minamoto Kitchoan" from Okayama. Japanese sweets made from Okayama grape "Shien". It will be available for a limited time from early October to late November.

Minamoto Kitchoan's Rikuno Hoju is known as a dish in which large grapes are wrapped in a soft rice cake "Gyuhi", covered with sugar, and have a combination of acidity and sweetness. Every year, "Muscat of Alexandria" from Okayama prefecture, which has a bright green color, is put in and will appear for a limited time in the summer, but this time, another variety, Shien, will be on sale from autumn.

Shien from Okayama prefecture, which has a reddish color like red wine, is wrapped in fertilizer with its skin. It is finished in an elegant grain that you can enjoy the soft oval flesh and crispy fertilizer without seeds.
