The "Gorogoro Hohgushi" series is made by grilling a generous amount of fatty fish, coarsely breaking up the fish by hand, and bottling it. The "Gorogoro Hogushi Yaki Saba" and "Gorogoro Hogushi Yaki Salmon" released so far have been popular not only with rice but also as an accompaniment to sake, thanks to their delicious fatty taste and exquisite saltiness.

Launched in September 2019, "Otona no Shake Shake Mentai" is a Japanese salmon flake with spicy mentaiko (spicy cod roe) liquid added to give it a firm spicy flavor, making it a salmon flake for adults. The popularity of the product has slowly grown, and in just one year since its launch, it has sold a total of more than 220,000 units.

Gorogoro Hogashi-Yaki Hokke (Baked Hokke)

Grilling over an open flame results in plump meat that retains just the right amount of moisture. The flavor and deliciousness of grilled Hokke is bottled as it is. No preservatives or chemical seasonings are used. Before cooking, the fish is marinated overnight in a seasoning solution made from only salt kouji, fish sauce, and salt to bring out the best flavor of the Hokke.
