The ramen chain "Ramen Kagetsu Arashi" will sell "Chuka Soba-dokoro Kotoheiso", a collaboration menu with Yamagata's popular shop "Kotoheiso". It will be available for a limited time from October 7th.

Kotoheiso is a ramen shop that is open only in winter in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture. Originally it was open as an inn, but when it started a ramen shop during the off-season in winter, it became popular and became a queue shop visited by fans from all over the country.

The idea of this collaboration is to make it easy to enjoy the phantom Chinese noodles of Kotoheiso, which can only be enjoyed in Yamagata, at Kagetsu Arashi nationwide. Tanrei soy sauce soup is used, and the taste of seafood such as dried sardines and chin soup stock is good.

The noodles weigh 200g (7.05oz), and the super-rich noodles made by Mr. Atsushi Kakegami, the owner of Kotoheiso, are used. It has a chewy texture inside.

As for the ingredients, the thick special char siu gives off a strong presence in the center of the bowl, and the special ingredient, dried seaweed (hoshinori), is characterized by the scent of rocky shore. You can enjoy the old-fashioned taste of Menma, which is exclusively for this collaboration.
