How to make

Prepare the mushrooms. We will be using shimeji mushrooms, maitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms. Cut off the stems and separate into small bunches.

Place the mushrooms in a heatproof container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1.5 minutes.
