Oyatsu Company "Baby Star Ramen with the Lightest Texture Ever"

"Baby Star Ramen with the lightest texture in history" was released in advance at a convenience store on September 28th by Oyatsu Company. You can enjoy the "lightest texture in history" that is different from the familiar crispy texture.

This product is a baby star ramen with a "lightest" texture that sets it apart from the baby stars that have been popular for over 60 years since its release. By frying the dough for noodles with a high starch content, the inside of the noodles becomes hollow, and each time you chew, a crispy "lightest texture in history" is realized.

The noodles, which are finished by Baby Star's original manufacturing method, have a plump and easy-to-pick shape, and have a crispy and light texture that is different from the conventional crispy texture. There are two flavors, "Chicken flavor" using Nagoya Cochin chicken soup and "Umashi flavor" using Setouchi flower algae salt. It melts in your mouth and you can enjoy the original taste of carefully selected ingredients.

Each contains 55g (1.94oz), and the estimated price is 130 yen each (excluding tax). From October 12th, it will be on sale at supermarkets nationwide.
