A handful of oysters that you can enjoy plump and thick oysters. "Grated Japanese radish" and "Ponzu jelly" are also available as variations.

In addition, the popular "Kaki Fry Warship from Hiroshima Prefecture" will be released every year. The selling price is 150 yen (excluding tax) for 2 pieces. It is seasoned with "tartar sauce", but you can also choose "your favorite sauce".

Furthermore, in 2020, "Kaki Fry Don from Hiroshima Prefecture" will be made so that you can enjoy oysters at home. The selling price is 580 yen (tax included). The crispy and delicious oyster fry uses special oysters specially grown for Hamazushi. It has your favorite sauce, but you can choose none.
