Burger King "Cheese Ugly Beef Burger

Burger King will offer the "Cheese Ugly Beef Burger" for a limited time starting September 11. Priced at 740 yen for a single item and 1,040 yen for a set of French fries (M) and a drink (M) (tax included).


The "Cheese Ugly Beef Burger" is a burger using a newly developed "cheese bun. The cheese buns are made with four types of cheese: Gouda cheese with a refreshing sour taste, mild Egmont cheese, slightly sweet mozzarella cheese, and rich cheddar cheese, and each bun is individually hand-made.

The Gouda, Egmont, and mozzarella are evenly added to the dough before fermentation, and then the bread is baked with an additional layer of cheddar cheese by hand. Cheese buns require a lot of manual labor and can only be produced in 1/3 the quantity of regular buns. The cheese buns have been developed and improved over and over again in order for customers to enjoy a "tastier product" that has never been available before.


A 100% beef patty grilled over an open flame, with cheddar cheese for excellent compatibility, pickles for flavor accent, fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion, finished with creamy mayonnaise and ketchup, and sandwiched in a cheese bun. This burger is more delicious than it looks, and is a must-have for cheese lovers.
