"Jellatte" for Sarutahiko Coffee

It will be sold at the cafe chain "Saruta Hiko Coffee" as a sweet drink "jellatte" that is a combination of jelly and latte and that you can enjoy both the look and texture. It will be available at all stores from September 15th.

The origin of the name is a coined word that is a combination of jelly and latte. From the layered state of coffee, fruit, jelly, milk, etc., you can enjoy drinking while shaking and mixing. You can adjust the size of the jelly grains and the degree of mixing of the ingredients by adjusting the number of shakes and the strength, and you can finish the texture and sweetness to your liking.

"Jellatte" for Sarutahiko Coffee

"Turun and caramel pudding mango gelatte" is 700 yen. Sarutahiko Coffee Homemade caramel jelly, milk jelly and special mango sauce are mixed. Ethiopian light roasted beans are used for coffee jelly, and the gorgeous flavor peculiar to Ethiopian coffee and the tropical flavor of mango create a profound sweetness and refreshingness. In addition, the combination of caramel jelly and milk jelly creates a richness like pudding, and the mint on top balances the flavor.

"Gorotto White Peach, Jasmine Milk Tea Gelatte" is 750 yen. It is made with juicy peach and milk jelly with a gentle sweetness of milk, and the refreshing scent of jasmine tea and mint. The flesh of white peach is packed in peach jelly using domestic white peach, and the contrast between pink and white is cute, and white peach and jasmine milk tea are tailored well.
