Japanese taste on pretzels

From the snack "Pretzel" series, "Pretzel Special Taste", "Pretzel Bonito Dashi Flavor" and "Pretzel Special Taste Family Pack" will be released from September 7th as Japanese flavors. Handled by Ito Biscuits.

All of them are pretzels that are fragrantly baked using domestic whole grain powder. "Pretzel Special Taste" and "Pretzel Special Taste Family Pack" are made with Ajinomoto KK's "Seto no Honjio" and have a mellow salty taste. "Pretzel bonito broth" is a rich flavor with bonito broth, grilled chin and kelp added as hidden flavors.

Each flavor has been devised to have a less addictive flavor that matches the taste of Japanese people, and it is also tailored to a unique fragrant taste, and it is baked by finely adjusting the heat according to the condition of the dough. It has a crunchy texture.

Pretzels Specially selected taste family packs are available in Hokkaido and Tohoku. Others will be sold in Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Yamanashi, Nagano, Niigata, Toyama and Shizuoka in addition to Hokkaido and Tohoku. It may cross the border in some areas.
