The popular "An butter" series at Kuzefuku Shoten. Around this time, when I often eat at home, I thought that the taste of toast that I eat every morning would change, so I bought three types of bean paste.


This time, I bought "Butter-scented bean paste" (430 yen, tax included, same below), "Japanese-style matcha bean paste" (495 yen), and "Amaou strawberry bean paste" (517 yen). I tried to compare each one!

When you put it on crispy bread and grab it, it has a smooth texture that spreads in your mouth. The sweetness of the sweet bean paste is complemented by the subtle saltiness of butter. Matcha matcha butter made by adding plenty of Yame matcha, Nishio matcha, and butter to white bean made from white beans from Hokkaido.



The elegant sweetness of white bean paste that melts and spreads smoothly on the tongue. The bitterness and pleasant astringency of matcha are exquisitely mixed with this. The saltiness of butter is a little low, but I feel its presence in the mellow richness. You can eat as much as you want!

● Amaou Strawberry An Butter

"An butter", which is a mixture of red beans from Hokkaido and plenty of butter, is finished by adding "Amaou" strawberries from Fukuoka prefecture.



When you put it in your mouth, the acidity of strawberries and the sweetness of red bean paste spread in a well-balanced manner. Is anko a little predominant at first? I thought, Ichigo gradually chasing after. It has a fruity and fresh strawberry flavor, but the main character is "An".

I completely like it, but personally, Matcha An Butter is number one! The bittersweetness, elegant sweetness, and refreshing flavor of matcha make it addictive.
