The "Udon de Tsukimi Series" will be on sale from September 2nd to October 5th at each Sanuki udon specialty store "Marugame Seimen".

The target menus are the new product "Tsukimi Chicken Sukiyaki Bukkake" and "Spicy Tsukimi Maze Kamatama Udon" sold at some stores.

Image of Japanese autumn tradition "moon viewing". Chicken breast, thigh meat, meatballs and savory grilled white onions with different textures are finished in a sukiyaki style with a rich sweet and spicy sauce. A dish that involves freshly made chewy udon noodles, raw eggs, and sweet and spicy chicken sukiyaki.


The price is average 690 yen, large 800 yen, and profitable 910 yen.

Spicy Tsukimi Mix Kamatama Udon

Topped with soboro, white onion, bonito powder and chopped paste on top of the chewy noodles that were picked up directly from the kettle. A hearty dish with sesame oil scented sauce. Soboro is a sweet and spicy finish with ginger and garlic based on soy sauce. The image of moon viewing is expressed with hot spring eggs.


The price is average 620 yen, large 730 yen, and profitable 840 yen.
