"Shrimp salt ramen" for a limited time at Hidakaya

A limited-time menu "Shrimp Shio Ramen" will appear in the Chinese restaurant chain "Hidakaya". It will be available at each store from September 1st.

The feature is Hidakaya's original soup, which is made by adding seafood soup to W soup of pork and chicken. A fragrant soup with luxuriously dried shrimp is added to it, and it is finished as a salt ramen that you can enjoy the taste of the ingredients.

The selling price of shrimp salt ramen is 500 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below). Looking at the ramen on Hidakaya's standard menu, the plain "Chinese noodles" are sold for 355 yen, and the "Ajidama Chinese noodles" with seasoned eggs are 446 yen. The limited-time menu is priced slightly higher. Those who like the flavor of shrimp and those who like refreshing salt ramen are interested in this dish.
