Seasonal burger "rice beef"

A burger made by sandwiching beef rib meat with a special sweet and spicy sauce and shredded cabbage with a good texture in our own buns. With a bite, spilling volume of beef ribs and crispy cabbage jump in between the soft buns.

The special sauce entwined with beef rib meat is prepared in an exquisite balance using soy sauce, sesame, garlic, mustard, and chili pepper. Based on sweetness, it has a slightly spicy royal taste.

Three types of meat are available: "normal", double "meat", and triple "meat". All sizes have a heavy weight and are enough to eat. The meat is cut into pieces that are easy to eat.
