How does the cucumber stir-fried with garlic taste?
The crunchy and juicy taste of cucumbers is given a punch by the flavor of garlic and sesame oil. The richness of the oil also adds to the flavor, giving the dish a hearty texture. Because it is stir-fried in more oil, the cucumbers remain fresh and hot all the way through.Although this is a Chinese-style recipe, it does not use any Chinese broth, so the fragrance of the garlic and sesame oil and the freshness of the cucumbers come to life. The cucumbers are also good for when you have trouble consuming cucumbers, as you don't have to worry about them being damaged by the heat.
