La Sur is a specialty store of "Canele", a baked confectionery that has been handed down from ancient times in a monastery in the Bordeaux region of France. Canelés of various flavors, which are characterized by a chewy texture and can be enjoyed with a unique aroma and taste, are on sale.


We have a lineup of seasonal limited flavors and boxed sets, including "raw canelé" that has cream inside and is eaten chilled, and "mini canelé" that is easy to eat. Not only for home use, but also for souvenirs.
