The raw material for Funabashiya's signature product, Kuzumochi, is wheat starch fermented for 450 days. Kuzumochi, which is made by steaming lactic acid-fermented wheat starch, has the unique elasticity and texture unique to fermentation, and is the only fermented food in Japanese sweets.

At our sister brand, Funabashiya Koyomi, our signature product is Kuzumochi pudding, which is made by mixing fermented wheat starch, which is the raw material for Kuzumochi.

The limited edition "Cheese Kuzumochi Pudding (Grapefruit)" released this time is made by adding cream cheese to the Kuzumochi pudding dough to create a rich and refreshing aftertaste. Furthermore, by using miso as a secret ingredient, the richness was added. The upper layer is grapefruit jelly. You can enjoy a refreshing aftertaste.
