● How to make
Make a hole in the chicken with a fork, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and put it in a plastic bag. Add salt and pepper, soy sauce, sake, and grated ginger, mix well, and leave for 10 to 15 minutes.Grate the radish while pickling the chicken.
Take out the chicken, wipe off the juice with kitchen paper, and sprinkle it with potato starch.
Place a cooking sheet for the oven on the bakeware and line up the chicken at intervals.
Sprinkle oil on the whole and heat it in a 600W microwave oven without wrapping for about 5 minutes while turning it over. If the amount of chicken is large, or if the fire is not enough, add heat.
When the heat has passed to the inside, take it out, drain it with kitchen paper, and serve it in a bowl. Put grated radish and sprinkle with ponzu sauce and it's done!
