Introducing "Zucchini's Chinese-style grilled sardines", a simple recipe for zucchini that you can make quickly! The fresh zucchini and the Chinese sauce with sesame oil go perfectly together. By all means as a side dish!

1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Red pepper (if you like) Appropriate amount
● How to make
Cut the washed zucchini into slices with a thickness of 5 mm to 1 cm.Put 1/2 cup of water (not included in the amount), mentsuyu, soy sauce, and vinegar in a bowl, add chopped red pepper to your liking, and mix.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add chopped zucchini and bake until both sides are browned.
Put the baked zucchini in a bowl with seasonings while it is still hot, and let it sit for about 5 minutes to let the taste blend in.
Serve on a plate and you're done!
