The rare Toraya Mizuyokan "Silk / Deep Purple" will be sold in stores, in limited quantities, and for one day only. Usually, you can buy sweets that need to be reserved at least 5 days in advance when you go to the store.

At Toraya, special order items are sold over-the-counter on the 15th of every month only at some directly managed stores, but on August 15th, the Mizuyokan "Silk / Deep Purple" is eligible.

Silk and deep purple are made from the original flavor of azuki beans, and are finished with a nice texture by adding kudzu. It is poured into a bowl so that you can cut it into pieces of your choice and enjoy it. It can be used as it is or cooled, and you can enjoy the freshly made, soft and smooth texture and freshness.

There are a total of 6 stores handling Mizuyotan, including Toraya's "Tokyo Midtown Store," "Ginza Store," "Imperial Hotel Store," "Nihonbashi Store," "TORAYA TOKYO," and "TORAYA AOYAMA." The selling price is 3,024 yen (tax included) per box. Since the sales start time varies depending on the store, it is recommended to contact each store.
