● How to make
Roll the tomatoes in boiling water and boil them in cold water. Use a kitchen knife to hollow out the area around the calyx.Put the soup stock and salt in a pan and heat it. When it boils, add the tomatoes, cover it, and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, turn off the heat and remove the heat.
