"Hokkaido Jaga Butter Shiumai" will appear at the Chinese restaurant "Kamiya" at the Kakyu main store in Kanagawa / Yokohama, and at the "Chinese restaurant" and "Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse". Hokkaido Jaga Butter Shumai is a fair-only menu with butter melted in shumai with fries. At Kakyu, the "Hokkaido Fair Course" will be available for 7,000 yen per person (excluding tax and service fee). Hokkaido ingredients are used in all menus, centering on Kakyu's recommended seafood.

At the Italian restaurant "Il Saggio" at the Sakiyoken main store, "whole Hanasaki crab and Asari tomato sauce pasta" will be prepared for 3,000 yen (excluding tax and service fee). We offer seasonal Hanasaki crab with rich richness, sweetness, and crispy texture as pasta.
