It features a rich dak-galbi sauce with plenty of spiciness and umami of gochujang, and a little miso is used as a secret ingredient, and a Japanese taste is also added. The appearance is reddish Famichiki. When I put the knife in, the chicken was covered with cheese sauce, and when I pressed it lightly, it softly overflowed from the clothes.
