This summer, Kairikiya will start selling the new menu "Cold Umeshiso Ramen" only at roadside stores and "Chilled Dandan Noodles" only at food court stores.

"Cold Umeshiso Ramen" is a refreshing ramen that features a delicious salt-based cold soup with a hint of plum flavor and a special flat noodle that is smooth and smooth. In addition, the moist steamed chicken, chopped perilla leaves, and Japanese taste of dried bonito further enhance the appetite, and the accent of the taste and the salt-supplemented umeboshi make the taste more addictive as you eat it.
