Calbee has released a limited-edition, limited-time snack "Jagarico Goboten Udon Flavor" that allows you to enjoy the taste of Fukuoka's soul food. A dish that you can feel the flavor of burdock heaven with melted clothes in the sardine-based soup stock. It is available in Kyushu, Okinawa and antenna shops. It will end as soon as it runs out, and will be sold out in late August.

The estimated price is around 150 yen (tax included). One of the "Love Japan" projects that has been making sweets such as famous products in each region of 47 prefectures and tastes known to those in the know since 2017. This time, the taste that was released in the past three years and was highly supported by customers has become a sweet again.

"Jagarico Goboten Udon Flavor" is a new reproduction of "Burdock Ten Udon Flavor" that appeared as "Potato Chips" in 2018 with "Jagarico".

Hakata udon is characterized by its fluffy and weak noodles, and one of the standard toppings is burdock heaven. Depending on the shop, it may be in the shape of a sashimi or kakiage, and in spoken language it is called "Goboten Udon".

The moment you put it in your mouth, the burdock heaven is fluffy, and then the taste of the soup gradually spreads. You can enjoy the feeling.

The package features a geometric pattern created by combining pieces of wood without using nails, and is finished in a design reminiscent of the special craft "Okawa Kumiko" designated by the Governor of Fukuoka Prefecture. The photo of "burdock heaven udon" was taken by arranging it on the craft "Koishiwara ware" in Fukuoka, which is known for its flying plane pattern.


The sales areas are Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Oita, Miyazaki, Kagoshima, and Okinawa. In addition, it will be available at the antenna shop from July 16th.
