To commemorate the 2nd anniversary of McDonald's "Just Happy Set", a special web release of some of the picture books that have appeared so far will start on July 17th. At each McDonald's store, a new original picture book "Elephant Bus" and a mini picture book "Science Experiment" will appear for a limited time from July 17th.

"Happy set of books" is a happy set initiative that allows children to choose picture books or mini picture books in addition to toys with the aim of creating opportunities for children to touch books more easily and time for parents and children. Since its introduction in July 2018, it has been very popular with "high quality of contents" and "just right size", and this year, which marks the second anniversary of its release, the cumulative number of distributions has exceeded 20 million.

Ten titles from the picture books that have appeared so far will be released for free on the McDonald's official website from July 17th. It is scheduled to be released until December 31st.


The "Elephant Bus" that will be released this time is an original picture book drawn by the picture book writer "Motoyasu Keiji". It depicts Santa during the summer, and it's heartwarming to see why Santa makes a big toy elephant. Comes with a puzzle bonus that you can play while looking at the pictures in the picture book.


In the mini picture book "Science Experiment", in addition to the experiments listed in the Shogakukan Picture Book NEO "Science Experiment", the experiments using McDonald's cups and straws are explained in a fun way.
