Komeda has provided "relaxation" to everyday life with delicious coffee and a relaxing space. Komeda created the plant-based coffee shop "KOMEDA is □" with the aim of "relaxing with the earth." We aim to realize a sustainable society by offering a "plant-based (plant-derived)" food style with less environmental impact as a Komeda-like menu that focuses on deliciousness and deliciousness, along with "usual relaxation."

Komeda is “relaxing” “delicious” “creative” “comfortable”, etc. We want to create new charms that fit into that □, and we want to expand the range of relaxation. The word "rice soybean" also means "rice + soybean (rice soybean)", which is the main ingredient used in the menu.

"Morning service", which is synonymous with Komeda, has been realized on a 100% plant basis. Those who order drinks from the opening until 11:00 will be offered a plant-based toast that uses "soy milk cream to apply" instead of butter. The toppings can be selected from "jam" and "Ogura bean paste" that do not use white sugar, and "sesame confit" that is a mixture of sesame and sugar beet syrup.

A burger that combines soybean meat pate with an original teriyaki sauce that uses luxuriously natural brewed and aged traditional seasonings. Bun with rice flour is used.

Along with "Comeda Blend" using 100% Arabica-type sustainable coffee beans, "Rainforest City" using coffee beans from Rainforest Alliance certified farms as a specialty coffee brewed with siphon. We offer "Roast" and "Komekuro" coffee, which is a blend of Kirimanjaro based on rich Brazilian top grade beans.

A rice pancake made from 100% domestic rice flour, which Komeda, which has not handled menus using rice until now, is fully prepared. Using rice jule made from rice and water, we are particular about the texture.

It is also attractive to enjoy alcohol in a calm atmosphere with reduced illuminance at night. Red and white using organic grapes, sparkling "bio wine", beer, etc. are available. Wine and beer do not use animal-derived finings during the brewing process and are 100% plant-based.

The two "recycled trees," which are erected as symbols of sustainable stores, utilize old materials from the cargo handling platform on which cargo used in logistics is placed. By peeling off the old materials one by one and stacking them, the texture is like the bark of a tree.

The wall next to the cashier counter uses the volcanic ash of Takachiho and the coffee grounds used at Komeda Coffee. Using only natural materials, the rammed earth finish is made by layering layers like a stratum, giving it an even more different look when gravel is added or pressed with a trowel.
