Spiced curry Taste?
I was a little worried that it would really be a curry with just spices and a little salt, but it tasted even better than I had imagined! Every mouthful is filled with the aroma of three different spices, the acidity and flavor of the tomatoes, and the sweetness of the onions. Although not spicy, the ginger and garlic add a sharp accent. It has a deep and addictive taste.I used to use store-bought roux when making curry, but from now on, curry made with three spices will become a staple in my home. If you have been hesitant to try it because you think it looks a little difficult, please give it a try.
