"Melting Gateau Chocolate-Bergamot Tea Time" is a product that was born in response to a customer's request for a product that goes well with black tea. We use high cacao chocolate with a cacao content of about 70%, which gives off a spicy and gorgeous scent. Bitter-taste chocolate, flavorful butter using raw milk, rich eggs and bergamot oil are mixed and baked to give a moist and smooth mouthfeel.


It features a refreshing citrus scent of bergamot and a strong bitterness peculiar to high cacao. A gateau chocolate that goes well with Earl Gray tea. The size is about W5cm x D12.5cm x H3.5cm.
