Cold noodles with plenty of condiments and ingredients such as Japanese ginger, green onion, radish sprouts, and cucumber. You can enjoy the soup with the balance of umami, saltiness, acidity, and pepper, and pass through the noodles and ingredients. Morioka cold noodles

"Morioka Reimen" is priced at 730 yen. The noodles are chilled and chewy, and have been improved since the 2019 edition to give them a smooth and smooth texture.
