Donk, a long-established bakery born in Kobe, has started a "same-day fresh bread delivery service" where bread baked by its craftsmen is delivered to your home on the same day. Limited to the 23 wards of Tokyo. This service is only available in the 23 wards of Tokyo, and can be used by placing an order in advance at the direct sales site "Donk Online Shop".

This initiative was made in response to requests from people who used to buy Donk bread on a daily basis and wanted to enjoy it while it was difficult to go out as much as before due to the effects of the new coronavirus.

In order to ensure that the quality of the bread is the same as that of freshly baked products in stores, the bread is not frozen and is delivered to the customer's home at room temperature on the same day as it is baked.

A total of 13 items of 9 products have been selected for the menu, mainly meal breads such as French bread, which is Donk's specialty. These include "pain de mi (square)," which is characterized by its chunky texture, "hard toast," which becomes crispy on the outside and more fragrant when toasted, and the long-selling "cornbread," popular for its gentle sweetness of corn. Orders placed between Tuesday and Thursday will be shipped and delivered on the following Tuesday, and orders placed between Friday and Monday will be shipped and delivered on the following Friday. Yamato Transport's TA-Q-BIN is used. Please note that due to inclement weather or special traffic conditions, delivery may be delayed until the next day.

The shipping fee for the online store is free if the total purchase amount is 5,000 yen or more. Otherwise, there is a different fee for each region, such as 500 yen for the Kanto region.
