"The finest book, Mizuyokan" is a summer staple of Kogetsu, which has been around since 1999. Azuki bean paste with a light and elegant sweetness, made in-house, is used. It features a smooth texture that melts smoothly the moment you put it in your mouth.


A luxurious package, suitable for a little summer souvenir. The selling price is 800 yen for 1 bottle, 1,850 yen for 2 bottles, and 2,800 yen for 3 bottles (excluding tax).

Grilled manju

"Hiyashi Hana" is a summer limited edition of "Hana", a buttermilk-flavored grilled manju that has been a representative confectionery since its establishment. The dough and bean paste, which are different from ordinary flowers, are used so that they can be eaten deliciously without being dry even when cooled.
